1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the RTIOWA website located at rtiowa.com (the “Site”) and to any purchases made through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

RTIOWA is an independent reseller and marketplace for authentic Supreme products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supreme or any of its partners. Supreme is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Product Authenticity & Condition

  • Authenticity guarantee: Every item undergoes a multi‑step verification that includes tag and season checks, fabric and print analysis, hardware inspection, UV scan, and dual authenticator sign‑off. We stand by authenticity for the life of the item.
  • Condition grading: We classify items as New, Tried‑On, Lightly Worn, or Heavily Worn. Listings include macro photos and notes on any flaws. Grading is conservative to protect the buyer.
  • Measurements & fit: We publish measurements (e.g., chest, length, shoulder, waist, inseam) and fit notes where applicable. Because Supreme fits vary by season and cut, please review the size guide before purchase.
  • Color/appearance: Due to screen settings and lighting, colors may vary slightly from photos.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice prior to order acceptance.
  • Taxes and duties: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address. International customers are responsible for any duties, customs, and import fees.
  • Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, limits, or expiration dates. Promotional values are not redeemable for cash.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel any affected orders and refund you in full.

5. Orders, Cancellations & Availability

  • Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion (e.g., if an item is out of stock or fails final inspection).
  • Inventory and timing: Many Supreme items are limited and may sell quickly. Adding items to your cart does not reserve them until checkout is completed.
  • Order edits/cancellations: We can’t guarantee edits or cancellations after submission. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best.
  • Fraud prevention: We may request additional verification or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

6. Payments

  • We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal (see footer). By submitting a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the total order amount.
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order and/or require an alternative method.
  • Chargebacks that are fraudulent or abusive may result in account termination.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears and final QC is complete.
  • Shipping rates: Free U.S. shipping on orders $150+. Expedited and international options are available at checkout.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
  • International shipments: You are responsible for complying with local import regulations. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or fees.
  • Delivery issues: If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier and us within 3 business days. We may require a police report for loss claims.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Return unworn, unwashed items with our tag intact within 14 days of delivery for inspection. Items sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible.
  • Condition: Items must include all original packaging and accessories. We may refuse returns that show wear, damage, or odors.
  • Process and refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post funds.
  • Exchanges: Based on availability. If the desired item is not available, we can issue store credit.

9. Store Credit & Gift Cards

  • Store credit can be used only on rtiowa.com and is non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
  • Gift cards (if offered) are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or credit codes.

10. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including fraud, scraping, interfering with security features, or reshipping scams.
  • Automated access (bots) is prohibited without our written consent.
  • Do not attempt to bypass inventory limits or manipulate pricing, promotions, or checkout flows.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, photos, and code) is owned by or licensed to RTIOWA and protected by applicable laws.
  • Trademarks mentioned, including Supreme, are the property of their respective owners. Any references are for descriptive purposes only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our permission.

12. Third‑Party Services & Links

The Site may link to third‑party websites or use third‑party tools (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

13. Consignment & Marketplace Partners

  • We may offer items on consignment or via trusted marketplace partners. Such items remain the property of the consignor until sold.
  • We may cancel a listing to protect buyers if an item fails final authentication or quality control.
  • Consignment payouts and partner terms may be governed by separate agreements.

14. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. For international shipments, risk may transfer at different points based on the selected shipping method.

15. Disclaimers

  • The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the Site or that defects will be corrected.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTIOWA and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services or products shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RTIOWA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party right.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.

19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
  • Binding arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in New York County, New York, administered by a recognized arbitration provider. You and RTIOWA waive the right to a jury trial.
  • Class action waiver: You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class member or representative.
  • Small claims: Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court in New York County, New York, instead of arbitration.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
