What this policy covers
This policy applies to apparel and accessories purchased directly on RTIOWA.com. It does not cover purchases made on third‑party marketplaces or retail stores. We only sell authentic Supreme and verified collaborations.
Return window & eligibility
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, stains, pet hair, and with the RTIOWA authenticity tag and all original Supreme tags, stickers, dust bags, extras, and packaging included.
- Footwear: include both shoebox and accessories. Do not tape or ship the retail box exposed—place it inside an outer box.
- Used/vintage grades: “New” and “Tried-On” are eligible under standard terms. “Lightly Worn” eligible if returned in the exact received condition. “Heavily Worn” and items marked Final Sale are not eligible.
Non‑returnable items
- Items explicitly marked Final Sale, Archive, or Mystery/Blind boxes.
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, swim, and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
- Opened sealed collectibles, stickers, skate decks with applied grip, or tampered packaging when seals are part of item value.
- Gift cards and digital goods.
Exchanges
- Size or variant exchanges are available if stock allows. We’ll hold the replacement for 48 hours after issuing your return label.
- If an exchange isn’t available, you may choose a refund to original payment or instant store credit.
Return shipping & fees
- United States: We provide a prepaid label. A flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. This is waived for damaged/incorrect items and exchanges where we ship the replacement.
- International: You are responsible for return shipping cost and safe delivery to our address. Duties/taxes are non‑refundable by RTIOWA; you may file with your customs office where applicable.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping and a partial return brings it under the threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, all labels, and the item(s). We will replace or refund and cover all return shipping where applicable.
- For carrier‑damaged parcels, keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Refunds & timing
- Once received, inspection takes 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time to post.
- Store credit (RTIOWA Credit) is issued upon approval and available immediately.
- If items are returned worn, washed, altered, missing tags or accessories, or have odors/stains, we may deny the return and ship back to you or apply up to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
How to pack your return
- Place the product in its original polybag/box with all accessories and tags.
- Use a protective outer box or mailer. Do not apply tape or labels directly to retail boxes.
- Include the RMA number we provide in or on the package.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request | Order #”. Include order number, reason, and clear photos of the item and the attached RTIOWA authenticity tag.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA and label (US) or instructions (international).
- Ship within 7 days of receiving your RMA. Keep your drop‑off receipt and tracking.
- We’ll inspect and process your refund, exchange, or credit.
Promos, bundles, and gifts
- Free gifts or bundled items must be returned unused with the qualifying order. If kept, the retail value may be deducted from your refund.
- Promo codes are not reinstated after a return, but you’ll keep any remaining store credit balance.
Order changes & cancellations
- We can edit or cancel an order before it ships. After shipment, please follow the return process.
- Pre‑orders and special orders can be canceled prior to fulfillment; once shipped, standard return terms apply unless marked Final Sale.
International returns & duties
- Mark the shipment as “Return of goods” on customs forms. You are responsible for accurate declarations and any return import fees.
- Original duties/taxes are not refunded by RTIOWA. Contact your local customs office regarding potential recovery.
Extended holiday returns
Orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 are returnable until January 15 of the following year, provided items remain in original condition.
