WAYNE KISCHER is a veteran director, performer and designer. One of the founding members of RTI, he has over 280 credits from theatre groups not only in his native Iowa, but also California, Florida, Hawaii, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota and Washington, D.C., and internationally in the Peoples Republic of China, Russia, and Scotland. Mr. Kischer is an award winning director and actor last appearing off-off Broadway as the lead role (Professor Swann) in Dark is the Night at LaMaMa, ETC (1995) and has appeared in television roles on “Magnum, PI” and “Hawaiian Heat”. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and Actor’s Equity Association. Wayne has an MFA in Theatre from the University of Hawaii and has studied directing at the Shakespeare Institute and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Wayne recently returned to the stage and made his acting debut with RTI in 2015 as Ben in Broadway Bound.
